RETURN OF GOODS & REFUNDS.
Since we strive for happy customers, we offer 14 business days return or exchange policy. Products purchased on our website can be returned to us, for a refund or exchange within 14 business days from the date of delivery, we do this in accordance with Australia Consumer Law.
- If you have a change of mind, ordered a wrong product or cancelled your order after we have dispatched, you can return the products for that order (customer pays for return of goods), but please make sure the goods are in its original packaging unopened and in unused condition and returned within 14 business days.
- In case your order was sent incorrectly or is incomplete or damaged, we will (at not cost to customer) replace it with correct goods or provide a refund incase of no stock or any other issues. Customer will have to provide photos of incorrect items as soon as the parcel is opened.
- In order to process your return please email to contact@holylama.com.au with your full name, contact number, order number, proof of purchase/tax invoice, photos of incorrect items (if any) and reason for returning.
- After sending the above information, our team will provide you with return confirmation and return delivery details, please do not send any return goods prior to us providing you with return instructions.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return delivery details, as well as instructions on how and where to send your return goods. Goods dispatched to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Once we have received your returned goods, we will assess the condition of the goods received and will notify you of the outcome via email.
- For all approved returns we will refund your money (excluding delivery or any other charges) as soon as possible and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment which may take up to 10 business days depending on the financial institution.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and try to make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
