Holylama Just-A Dash are concentrated extracts that retains the natural goodness and authentic taste of the herbs, spices, fruits and flowers.

They can be used in cooking, baking, hot & cold drinks and much more. Use to enhance flavor and aroma of savory and sweet dishes especially curries, gravies and sauces.

Holylama Just-A Dash mix easily with your chosen food and drink. We match the proportion of emulsifier to each concentrated spice extract. Emulsifier is derived from plants.

Our sustainable business model is founded on long term relationships with local farmers in the land of coconuts, spices & herbs – Kerala, India. Over 80% of our workforce is women, many of whom are from disadvantaged backgrounds. We recycle and use by-products, resulting in an impressively low level of waste.

This Baking Collection contains the following extracts:

Cinnamon – Great Taste Award-winner (2 gold stars). [Emulsifier – polysorbate 80 and cinnamon extract (30%).]

Orange zest – Great Taste awards 2016 (2 gold stars ). [Emulsifier – polysorbate 80 and Orange Oil (50%).]

Ginger – [Emulsifier – polysorbate 80 and ginger extract (45%).]

Rose – Great Taste Award winner (1 gold star) [Emulsifier polysorbate 80, rose extract (17%), geranium extract, Rhodinol, Geraniol, and palmarosa extract.]

SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE.

•    Add gradually drop by drop until desired taste is reached.

•    For best results add in final stages of cooking.

•    For Drinks, add the drop(s) first in the glass/cup, pour the drink on top and stir well.

•   In Cakes & Bakes, for every 250gm butter, add 12-15 drops as per desired flavour, make sure the aroma is a little stronger before it goes in the oven. 

•    Store at room temperature in cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
