- 60ml Seedlip Grove 42
- 2 drops of Mint Spice Drops
- 2 drops of Lemon Zest Spice Drops
- 25ml raspberry sugar syrup
- 1/2 egg white
- Crushed ice
- Slice of lemon for garnish
METHOD
- Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake with ice.
- Strain into a glass and garnish with a fresh slice of lemon.
