A delicious chutney goes well with sandwiches, wraps or even as a dip. Great as a homemade gift too!

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. In a large saucepan, take the cranberries, water, onion and salt and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover the pan and let it simmer for 15 minutes until the cranberries ‘pop’.
  2. Stir in the brown sugar. Cover and cook on a low heat for 35 to 40 minutes or until the mixture thickens to reach the consistency of a chutney. Stir continuously.
  3. Once the chutney is thick, add in all the Spice Drops® and mix well.
  4. Take a sterilized jar, wipe clean to remove any moisture and pour the chutney into it. You can refrigerate until ready to use.
