Spinach with Garlic and Onion

This recipe is a simple way to cook wilted spinach with added flavour jazzed up with a few Spice Drops. You could also use frozen spinach for this recipe or green beans.



  1. Heat a pan on medium heat and add the oil. Tip in the onion and fry stirring frequently for 3 minutes until translucent.
  2. Add the Cumin Seed, Turmeric, Garlic Spice Drops® and the salt and mix well.
  3. Then tip in the spinach. Continue to fry for 5 minutes until the spinach has wilted.
  4. Serve hot with your roast dinner or as an accompaniment to the main meal.
