INGREDIENTS
- 50g cucumber, peeled and finely chopped or grated
- 200g Greek yogurt
- A pinch of salt
- 2 drops Pepper Spice Drops®
- 4 drops Paprika Spice Drops®
- 4 drops Cumin Seed Spice Drops®
- 3 drops Garlic Spice Drops®
- A few pomegranate seeds
- A few washed mint leaves
METHOD
- Put the cucumber and yogurt in a bowl.
- Add the salt and Spice Drops® and mix all the ingredients until evenly blended.
- Garnish with the pomegranate and fresh mint leaves.
Alternatively, garnish the Tzatziki by infusing the Paprika Spice Drops® and Cumin Seed Spice Drops® in 10ml of olive oil and drizzle on top.
